Payment must be made within 24 hours of receipt of invoice or the order will be voided and the date/time cannot be guaranteed available.

Upon delivery of the product we are no longer responsible if they deflate or pop. Instructions for proper care will be provided.

Extreme heat causes balloons to deflate and pop, we strongly recommend putting your balloons under a tent or in the shade if they must be outdoors.

Balloons are not toys and may pose as a choking hazard. Children should not be around balloons without adult supervision.

Delivery fees are based on your location. Limited pickups are available.

Orders must be placed at least a week in advance. Exceptions may be made for small orders, please contact us for details
